And here comes the story where Bulgaria-based Carbon Motors gets involved: the Lotus Elise Series II receives an upgraded interior. Following the credo “do less to achieve more”, the team was truly in line with this lightweight delight. Seats are upholstered in black leather and grey Alcantara. Decorative stitching and embroidered Lotus logo are also in subtle color. To the extent that they wanted true carbon fiber coating on the sills and dashboard vents, but this would have spoilt the spirit of keeping the weight low.
